Deirdre really helped us out in a major way and has been part of our family for years now. We were new to the state and had some very specific needs regarding location and school district. The company put us in touch with Deirdre and the rest was history. She found us a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood with the exact school and district we had in mind. Our relationship didn’t end there, because that was just a pit stop, as she was hunting down the perfect home for us. Our requirements left a small window of space for her to work in, but here we are, happy in our home and raising our family the way we planned. She helped us make that happen.

It was great to work with Deirdre Powers on the sale of my Amherst condo. From the starting point of preparing the listing for sale to the closing of the transaction, Deirdre played a critical role in helping me address information needs and resolving issues to move the process forward. She kept close communications with the buyer’s agent as well as both attorneys and kept me up to date on the status. This was important since I was in NJ and not at the property address in Amherst. She went above and beyond her normal call of duty in helping me find service people for quickly fixing a couple of items in the condo to enable closing at the earliest possible time.
